About the role To support the Outlets Buying and Merchandising team in all elements of administration that facilitates the process flow of product into the business and partners. RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily Admin Support Merchandiser by maximising sales potential through use of reports and responding to requests. Support the Junior Buyer on a day-to-day basis with administration duties for Outlet Buying team. Communicating across departments as a key point of contact and support. Order Management Maintain the critical path and liaise with Suppliers when needed to identify any issues or changes and communicate to team effectively to resolve. Size and raise Purchase Orders and ensure consistent communication across the team. Constant maintenance of Purchase orders, always ensuring accuracy. Sample Management Ensure all samples are chased, managed, labelled and in the correct location. Management of samples daily, setting up for key meetings with management and external partners. Intake Management Update delivery schedule reports on a weekly basis. Assist with any line lists and communications for store transfers. Promotions Compile line lists for promotions which are to be shared with the business and pricing teams. Update store promotional calendar. Trading Pull together weekly Monday trade packs and line details. Update daily sales reports. Commercial awareness Keep up to date with current and future trends to assist with trend boards for new ranges and be aware of competitor activity. EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED: An understanding and interest in Excel. The ability to build good relationships. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Professional approach, accurate, honest, tactful, self-motivated and enthusiastic. Able to work as part of a wider team. Takes responsibility and ownership for driving own development. A passion for Buying and Accessories. Excellent time management skills Aware of current and future trends. Adaptive and flexible to fast paced Retail environment.
